Northwest Registered Agent is a business registration service for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Role
I led the development of content systems for Northwest’s product experience, supporting entrepreneurs, internal staff, and external partners. I built out a blog strategy to improve views, bounce rates, and other KPIs and created the foundation for branching the brand out to Reddit. Along with my content planning and manager work, I also wrote technical articles on legal laws and state statutes for beginner users, social captions, blogs, and ad copy.

Fly Five is a research-based, standards-aligned kindergarten through eighth grade curriculum designed to teach essential life skills.

Role
As a copy editor, I went beyond grammar and style to look for the story beneath the sentence. My editing process combines narrative intuition with brand insight to make every line purposeful and aligned with brand voice. I edited curriculum course work, text books, blogs, technical teacher guides, and social captions. I edited with the audience in mind and the strategy in hand.
