I've got a new way for readers to connect with me and take a peak inside my writing practice. It's an author newsletter called, Writing Skins, and it's a look back at through my writing journals over the past few years, dating back to before I even sold my first story.
The way authors create and think is a technique in itself. When I explain a story idea's life and creation to another writer and vice versa, there's always small amazement how the connections happen.

I love writing. It's my lifeblood or my heart pulse; it's the thing that keeps me going. Noodling over a writing problem or coming up with a new story feels like living to me. But when I'm doing it in a community of other writers, it feels like magic.
