I haven't been researching anything exciting for work the past few weeks. My job has me doing a lot of research, but not on anything you fine reader would be interested in reading about. It's all boring business formation and state statures. Exciting to me, but not too many people. So, instead, I'll give you an update on the book process and where I'm at with my editing and nailing down the hard part of the story.

If you've been following me and my blog for the past couple of months, then you know I'm currently drafting my next couple of books. One of which is a vampire book without vampires—or with vampires remixed set in a small, isolated town. Recently my research has led me to dig around the bones of small towns for inspiration on building my own fictional town.

After doing these types of writing prompts for months, I started selling being able to sell stories to publications, self-published authors, game developers, children’s publishers, and more.
